Jailbreak iPhone 3G with Yellowsn0w 0.9.1

Stumble it!You can now Jailbreak your iPhone 3G with Yellowsn0w easily. yellowsn0w has been released for iPhone 3G users earlier so they unlock their phones. This procedure works great with baseband 02.28.00 which is provided by the latest firmware update (2.2) from Apple. Upgrade your iPhone 3G using iTunes and then use QuickPwn to activate it (Download links given below). You can download yellowsn0w either from i.yellowsn0w.com or install it through Cydia from apt9.yellowsn0w.com. The latest yellowsn0w version is 0.9.1 beta.
Tips On Jailbreaking your iPhone 3G:
- If you are using T-Mobile (US) , turn off your 3G switch through settings and if you can handle the command line, add this <string>-q</string> right after the /usr/bin/yellowsn0w line in /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.iphone-dev.yellowsn0w.plist
- Always disable any pin that you have on your phone before tryingn yellowsn0w since there isn’t any PIN support yet.
- If you have any other version besides 02.28.00, it will detect it automatically and quit. To check what modem firmware you’re running, goto Settings > General > About.
- Remember, it takes a while for your SIM card to initialize so be patient. Wait for minute or two and when you see homescreen, reinsert your SIM card if you’re having problems with 0.9.0.

I have an issue iPhone 3G / Yellowsn0w
I JailBreak my iPhone, and it works well with a Pre-Paid SIM card.
I recently sold it to my friend, and he wants to use a “contract” SIM in the phone.
When everything works well with the iPhone, 3G, Wifi, Recieve calls, Send and reciever SMS.
… But every time he tries to click on the phone buttom (to manualy make a call), the dial pad comes up for 2 seconds, and then it closes on him!
What can be the issue here?
Current stat’s of the iPhone
Software version: 2.2 (5G77)
Modem Firmware: 2.28.00
It has been Jailbroken by QuickPwn22.
Has a few app’s installed.
Poof - Cydelet - Cycorder - Qik - iPref -
and some other apps, to numerous to mention.
When I get my hands on my Iphone next week. That I am getting from a buddy of mine. I will try this because I know the one he is giving me is locked. Thanks for the download and thanks for info.
