This is really neat for people living in the United States. Sending emails or a fax can be easy but when you have to send a Snail mail, you think twice before doing so. Printing it, buying stamps, finding a mailbox, it for sure is time consuming. Say hello to Snailmailr. An excellent online service that lets you print and deliver mail to the 300 million people living in the United States.

You don’t have to worry about the presentation, before sending the letter out, you can see the way your letter looks through it’s preview option and it’ll look the same after being printed and mailed. High quality color laser printers are used to print your letter, so if you include an image or a color document, it will appear on paper in high resolution and vibrant color.

You must be wondering how much it costs, don’t worry, it’s really inexpensive. $1 is the base price for any letter (US first class mail) up to four pages long. For each additional page (more than four pages), you pay $0.10 cents more. They do print a small logo on the envelope but you can remove it for only $0.15. Another good thing about Snailmailr is; there’s no need to create an account. Just address your envelope, write your letter, verify its appearance, then pay using Google checkout.

Have you ever thought of sending a letter but then realized you didn’t have a printer or any stamps? Then you realized you’d have to walk several blocks to find a mailbox?
Ugh—sometimes you just need to send a piece of mail and it shouldn’t be that hard!Okay, here’s the thing. You must be wondering (If you’re a Non-US citizen) if this service is availabe internationally? Well, the answer is Yes and No. No in sense that this service only places letters into the US mail at this time and Yes, you can send a snail mail to anyone in the US but no need to mention your return address, you cannot expect the USPS to return the address to you — should it prove undeliverable.

For international stuff, check out l-mail but don’t expect high quality color prints and images support. I doubt they’re missing this.
