Network Switcher is a small open source application, great for laptop users, that will allow us to change quickly and easily to the network parameters, making a trifle change of location from which we connect.

For example, maybe since college we connect via Wi-Fi and IP address assigned via DHCP, but that upon returning home is preferable to connect with a fixed IP address for access from other sites to our images or music.

There may be even more combinations, and modify the parameters each time would be very annoying, so here’s this utility called Network Switcher, you can store multiple network profiles, each with its own pair of DNS servers, how they get IP (DHCP or fixed), your subnet mask and default gateway, and change is as simple as selecting the profile you want.

Network Switcher is an open source application, and your installation requires Windows XP, Vista or 7, and the framework. NET 2.0 or higher.
