One cannot help but admire YouTube’s concept; upload your videos (for whatever purpose) for everybody to watch and admire, all for free. The concept of visual sharing on YouTube has proven to be highly successful and everyday countless users stream videos on that site. Now what if one wanted everybody in the world to listen to one of their audio clips? Will they create a video for it just to put it on YouTube?

No, what they would do is use YouMicro. It behaves mostly like YouTube, just for audio files. Users from all over the world can create free accounts on the site and upload their audio for YouMicro users and visitors to hear. Once you create an account you have five major audio categories to choose from: the 25 most recent audio clips, the 25 most popular audio clips, the 25 top users on YouMicro, YouAlbums, and YouMicro’s very own MicroForum.

Apart from the YouAlbums and MicroForum, other fields are self-explanatory.

The YouAlbums are whole albums created by individual YouMicro users. You can access these albums and stream all the songs they contain.

The MicroForum is a shout-box for all YouMicro users to interact with each other, While you stream audio files, you can find a detailed description of it to the left:

If you have a download manager like Internet Download Manager, you can even capture the audio and save it on your PC. YouMicro can also serve as a great forum for your band where sponsors can discover you, you can hold e-concerts, and create the abovementioned YouAlbums. Since uploading audio onto YouTube first requires converting it into a video, doing so with YouMicro becomes the ultimate solution. Without placing any restrictions on the purpose of uploaded audio, YouMicro is serving countless people worldwide.
