How To Change Your Dota Theme

If you’re a Dota (Defense of the ancients) fan, you might have confronted different VOD’s where (mostly asian) players have a different terrain. Most of the people always wonder how did they do that, here’s how. There’s a app called DTMV aka Dota Theme Manager which let’s you change your default terrain. You can choose from 6 Terrains

1. Beach
2. Barrens
3. Hell
4. Highlands
5. Snow
6. City

I personally love and use Beach and City terrain and these are used in most of the asian games.  It’s very easy to install these themes. After downloading DTMV, copy / extract folder in your warcraft directory (C:/Warcraft/DTMV). Run DTMV executable file and you’ll see the screen where you can install the themes by clicking on the one you like (See screenshot above).

And you can always restore the theme to the default one by clicking restore. That’s about it. Enjoy.
